General
100% biodegradable latex balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. These balloons are the highest quality balloons available. Most installs are coated with a "hi shine spray" that extends the life of the balloon. Some clients may prefer a matte look for their installation, and we can certainly accommodate and not spray!
Yes! We service the Elizabethtown and Radcliff, KY area and we are willing to travel further as well. We have a flat delivery fee that is assessed based on the miles traveled. This will be discussed and disclosed on your initial quote.
Simply fill out our CONTACT US button on the home page and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Inquiry requests sent over the weekend may have a delayed response time due to the fact that is our busiest time of the week.
We will come back to pick up any items that may have been rented. However, the balloon take down and balloon disposal is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise discussed. An additional charge is assessed for this service. Please mention "tear down services" when you inquire if this is something you will need.
Plum LoveLeigh uses only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, we are dealing with balloons. Some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. Most latex balloon installations can last up 3 months depending on the conditions. Weather plays a huge factor in the life of the balloons. Other factors that may shorten the life of your garland could be children, pets, surfaces, foliage etc. Helium and mylar balloons are extremely sensitive to heat and cold, meaning the lifespan of your balloons could be affected by the temperature of your house and/or weather outside. Anything we pop in transportation will be replaced.
As early as possible. The planning and design of your installation takes time. We strongly suggest booking at least two weeks in advance. If you have your date and you have your venue, get in touch. Even if you aren't sure on the exact decor you might want. We can reserve your event date with a non-refundable $100 deposit. This will be credited to your balance of course, and we can discuss the details once you know what you may like. Any orders that are placed/requested within 7 days of the event may be assessed a $75 rush fee. This will depend on if we have the materials needed in inventory or not. Otherwise, we could be looking at additional shipping costs.
We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Hot cars, nails, pets, children and tree branches are just a few examples of things that can pop your balloons. Once delivered, Plum LoveLeigh is not held responsible for any popped balloons. Any rental items of Plum LoveLeigh need to be out of elements that could damage property (rain, snow, wind etc.).
Friendly reminder that all children and pets need to be supervised at all times around balloons.
